Error Message in Win2000. Any ideas?

I have a user using a program everyday. Every few days, she cannot shut down the program. I checked Event Viewer and get this info:

Source: Userenv
Event ID: 1000

Message: Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

This user does have a roaming profile.
