Error Message Help, Please.

My father sent me this email:

Karen, this is the error I get about 5 times each day, and I have to shut down and reboot

He now has no internet access at all. Can anyone please tell me what this is and how to repair it?

From what I can determine, this is usually caused by a corrupted user profile. The resolution of this is to create a new profile in XP, and then copy the info and settings from the other profile into it.
