Error message every time I load a new page

Every time I got to a page, a box pops up with this message:
"The connection was refused when attempting to contact connect.247media.link4ads/com"
When this happens, there are always two in a row that come up.
 
That's the URL for the ad banners. Are you running ad blocking software? Firewall? Connecting from work where they may have filters setup?
