Error message 1062 in XP Pro w/sp2

I have been running Diskeeper for over a year on my computer and all of a sudden I can no longer open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result.
I get error message 1062 which says that the program cannot be started. Every time I open "services" and try to start it, it gives me the error message.
Can someone tell me how to fix this?
