I have been using "Palm desktop" hot synced to Palm handheld. I have been printing data base from Palm Desktop with no problem. Three days ago, I tried to print & get error message:

SMARTHEAP LIBRARY
MEM_BAD_POINTER

Then screen freezes. I have no program on my computer named "SMARTHEAP. What can I do to clear things up. I have Pentium III CPU with 512 MB ram.

Sounds like an application has some mem alloc or bad pointer initialization issues.
