Error Log in Win2K

My scanner is acting up, " Visioneer 8800 USB " and an error message claims an error log is being created. Where do I go to find this error log? Is this error log in 2K or in the scanner Dir?

I downloaded the latest driver for Win2K and it still acts up.

Thanks

In the Start menu under Administrative tools(common), is the Event Viewer. This should display, along with other things, the event created by the scanner,, I think...

Thats's right. A better idea would be to right click the "My computer" icon and select the "manage" option. This will open the Computer Management MMC. This is a very useful and powerful tool. It includes almost everything you need to manage the box, including the Event Viewer.
Use it. Use it often.

Thanks for the tips, I saw another post on IE6 and remembered I upgraded to it a few weeks back and now I am wondering if it might be the problem...... Any ideas on this??

Again Thanks for the input.....
