Error loading - Windows\system32\shell32.dll

Hi
I have Vista SP 1, comodo free firewall and have allowed that specific path to be allowed by Comodo.
When I try to open certain items in Control Panel, I get that annoying BOING! Error message.
Any ideas guys....?
