error loading new bios on Gigabyte K8N

I just got the Gigabyte K8N-Ultra9 and it had come with the F2 bios. Went to the Gigabyte website and downloaded the F3 bios that just came out and put it on a floppy. When I went to load the file in the flash program it gave me an error that the file size was incorrect.

Anybody run into this before?

I tried dowloading the file on 2 different computers and 2 different floppys. Still no luck. Guess I'll have to call Gigabyte.
