SYMPTOMS
When you try to quit the "Help and Support" tool while you are using a
Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA) client, you may receive the following
error message:
Helpctr
Helpctr has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL. [CLOSE]
Helpctr has caused an error in KERNEL 32.DLL. [CLOSE]
Helpctr will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft,
but it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.
To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to
