Error installing latest nVidia drivers

HI,
I'm trying to update my nvidia drivers for my Asus V9560 video suite 128mb.
The installer says there is another windows intaller running and won't go any further, but I have not got anything else running.
Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks!
