Error installing ethernet controller

I'm using the shuttle sn95g5, and I can't seem to be able to install the driver for the ethernet controller, it still has a yellow exlaimation mark, and therefore I can't connect to a local area network. Is this a hardware problem? Pleae help. Thanks
