Error in Nvqtwk.dll?? Please help me out here

Hey all when I enter into windows I get a error that says this Error in Nvqtwk.dll missing entry in NvHwCtl I'm using this on the new updated 28.32 drivers I also get this prob on many other of the drivers... what is this error and how can I remedy this???

Are you uninstalling the drivers before you update them? I've seen this problem with people who simply install drivers over the top of old ones.
