I was reading through the article on the main page which talks about the XP 2000+ and the new Northwood processor. In the article it mentions that the XP 2000+ draws 36A of current. To me it seems awfully high, it should be much less than that. Thats more than most fuses in the house. Also, since P=VI, 36A dosent calculate out. What do you guys think?

it makes sense. the vcore is about 1.7, or 1.85, or in between, too lazy to look. assuming 1.7, thats just over 60 watts. Perfectly reasonable 🙂

(yeah, its a HUGE amount of current, but the voltage is low)
