i get this when trying to paste screenshots in Paint every now and then

says "Error getting the clipboard Data"

then
"there is not enough memory or resources to compleat the operation, close some programs and try again"

now I currently have 706 megs of ram free have a Gig total, only things running are Paint Opera and trillian,

google doesnt turn up anything usefull

if i restart it goes away but thats a pain
