Error at start-up

I just put my computer together it has an Asus P5B-Deluxe motherboard with a Core 2 Duo cpu and when i start-up the computer it beeps once for bios then it beeps agian but shows me this message "Intel cpu ucode loading error" does anyone know what this means?

try to take out the CPU and put it back in. Do you have another CPU to test out? It will be the mobo or the processor.

I'm going to guess that you need to update your bios in order to support your Core 2 Duo chip. Hope that helps.
