Quicktime was giving me some trouble starting up from my previous install so I just uninstalled it, restarted, re-installed it but now the re-install won't work. I used the exact same version as I uninstalled (the newest one) and it won't start, it gives me this error:

Error 46: Could not load ActiveX control

I searched for a fix and it said to uninstall it, clear all temp files, and re-install it. I did so, I even did a indepth search for all QT files left hanging about and cleared them out, restarted, and installed a fresh downloaded version from quicktimes site, I try to start it and BAM, same error.

Does anyone know a fix? Something I over looked, something I could try? Anything? Thanks.
