I have a user who is getting this error when she tries to run a report from a product called FRx. The issue seems to be isolated to her PC, i had her login to another machine, fire the published app and she had no problems running the report. Nothing has changed on her pc and the 5 other people who run this app have no problems.
the report is turned into a excel file and saved to a file server.
she had no issues with running any reports last month.
changed default printers to no avail.
deleted her citrix profile on the citrix server she connects to to no avail.
I cant find anything relevant that would point to the cause so im hoping somebody here would have a suggestion.

Data provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status.
