Error 1327: Invalid E:\ - Help!

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to install Quicktime 7 and I keep getting "Error 1327: Invalid E:\", when i don't even have an E: drive in my computer. I have WD Raptor as my C: drive and another WD 80gb as G: A couple days ago I put in a laptop hd to format it and that was drive E: What do I do to correct this issue? I also tried to uninstall a program recently and got the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is becoming quite annoying. Thanks in advance - Cheers.
