error 1305 What does this mean?

D:\MHP\Common|MSSbased\Grphflt\Png32.flt.
verify that the file exists and you can access it


I'm using window 98. I reinstalled windows 98 and I'm getting this error. It is effecting my graphics programs and outlook express. Do you think I need to reformat and do a clean install? My kids are away at college so I'm trying to do this myself.

You might try this at the Microsoft knowledge base.

You might also have to reinstall any of the Microsoft Office or image editing programs you have. What exactly are you trying to do when this happens?
