Erratic Video Signal

I own a Radeon 7970GE video card.

Every time I restart the pc, the video signal changes the output. ie: I turn on the pc and the video go through the card, but if I restart, the video go through the board conector.

Only happens when restarting, every time I turn on the pc from cold it does not happen.

Anyone here has seen the same issue??

CPU is 4770K.
