Erratic USB Joystick behaviour after bumping memory ratio with P4B533-V Motherboard!

I bumped the memory ratio to 4:5 at 160fsb. I then loaded up f1 2001 and was about to race when I had a major lockup. I then turned it down to 1:1 memory ratio and loaded f1 2001, I then had to recalibrate my MS Sidewinder precision 2 USB joystick for it to work, it's fine turning left but turning right it's erratic very jerky. I tried uninstalling the joystick drivers with no change.

How are all your voltage rails doing? I think the 5v rail is the relevant one for USB devices. If it's low, try taking down your overclock and see if the joystick starts behaving correctly again.
