It's just kinda chillin there, we gave it some bread and it will eat it from your hand. My mom was even able to pick the duck up...

I've never seen random wild mallard duck like that - they can't get rabies, right?

Nope. Just enjoy his company while he's there, and he should leave after awhile. I had a blue jay visit my work truck once. He flew inside, and perched on the dash. I hand fed it some doughnuts, and he left about 10 minutes later. One of my stranger wildlife experiences.

Did you use a fake arm to hold the glass? Looks like a mannequin hand. Duck bites don't hurt very much, so you shouldn't worry.
