I was printing out a label and paying for postage for the first time on usps.com, and the thing made me isntall java (I thought I already had that? ) Anyways, so I install it and then the page goes to a grey block, and it says please do not use the stop, back, or refresh button until the applet appears. Well, its been 15 minutes and the applet hasnt appeared. What should I do? I dont want to be charged for the postage and not be able to print it!

Ugh...I can't believe they have an ordering system using a java applet

Applets are suck. You may have java settings messed up in your browser, so check there to see if Java is enabled. There is also the issue of Microsoft's VM versus Sun's VM - IE defaults to Microsoft's VM, and you may need to change it to Sun's, which was an option that came in IE 5.5 and later, I believe. Check out Tools->InternetOptions-> Advanced and there's a whole section on Java. Some require a browser restart. Have you typed in a credit card number yet? If not, you probably won't be charged anything... If yes, I'd suggest calling the USPS for help.

I had already entered my credit card number, and the people on the phone read from a script that tells me to email someone, which doesnt help me at the moment.
