Is a 6200TC capable of 720p occasinally or 1080p/i (rarely) videos? In an P5W-DH with an E6600? I've got a 7900GTX plugged and I don't game at all, I might go and view a video on Youtube or break or something, but no movies or games. I've got a 6200TC lying around and just want to get rid of the unnecessary power draw in my system.

The E6600 should be able to handle that workload; I believe the 6200 cannot accelerate such video but it will play it.

What do you mean play and not accelerate?
Modern video cards will handle the decoding of the video being played instead of the processor (which has normally done it), but your 6200 doesn't do that. So your processor is going to handle the task, and it will do it easily since it's more than fast enough to handle 720p. So if you want to cut power savings then install the 6200. There's really no harm anyway; if it doesn't do it then put the 7800 back in or buy a new card.
