He's NOT going to prison. The governor of Florida has to okay any and all extraditions and he's a Trump stooge.

Now if Trump is stupid enough to travel for rallies into New York.. then hmm.

Fine.

I guess we'll just have to get President Biden to okay extradition.

Remember this?

I mean seriously. If you think Eric Trump deserves more votes that Kamala Harris seriously just go kill yourself. You are a useless human being.

Actually, his name is Eric Busey. It's just that New York State law states that any children born within the course of a marriage are presumed to be the offspring of the husband.

Ivana should've never gone to that party...

I imagine that's where Don belongs in that relationship.

Ivanka says she hasn't allowed Jared to be on top since their wedding night. And that was only because she was too tired.

I'm more worried about a Donald Trump run in 2024. I think the closest we get to a concession speech this year is "the Dems may have stolen this election, but we're going to keep fighting, and I'll kick them out again in 2024!"
I am not worried about that at all. Trump abused his powers of office to the maximum extent possible, tried to use his powers to cheat, and had the benefit of incumbency and he lost by the largest margin of any incumbent in nearly a century.

I’m also not terribly worried about his family. They might run for Congress or something in a red state but the whole family brand is radioactive for national elections.

I figured that this whole "The election was stolen from us!" dog and pony show going on now is just the beginning of the Trump 2024 campaign.

I think that Trump will be too old to run himself by then, but one of his kids running seems plausible.

OP have you listened to Eric speak? Trump supporters like him based on a persona created on a reality TV show. Thy think he is a macho and savvy businessman that can bully his way through anything. Eric couldn't pull that persona off in a million years. He comes off as what he is, a whiny spoiled rich kid.

The entire family tree will be under indictment for multiple felonies, making them ineligible to run for office. Maybe in 25 years Barron might have a shot, if he's not broke.

You can run for president while in prison, which really is a good thing - don’t want a situation like in some countries where El Presidente imprisons his rivals so they can’t run.

I think it’s highly likely that one or more Trumps are indicted in the next few years. Not sure if any of them will see the inside of a prison cell as they will try and tie everything up in court forever but they are in significant danger.

Heh... If Hillary Clinton never got formally indicted during the Trump administration, I doubt that anyone from the Trump family will see ever see prison time under the Biden administration. The Swamp rarely turns on its own kind.

I guess we could have a Donald / Ivanka Trump ticket; Donald would be on top. An Eric / Ivanka or Don Jr. / Ivanka ticket would both end up with either brother dead (probably tripping backwards on a salad fork*) and Ivanka as President.

* That's a literary reference for you uncultured buffoons reading this.

You can't run for anything above the office of dogcatcher once you've been convicted of a felony.

I'm not talking about federal. The New York State AG's office is literally salivating for January 20 to get here as quickly as possible. And feds can't pardon for a state thing.

You can indeed be elected president even if you’re currently in prison for a felony. You would even be immediately released!

The reason Hillary never got indicted was she didn’t commit any crimes. This is in contrast to Trump who is currently an unindicted co-conspirator in a federal felony.

You're correct..

"Running" is one thing, actually holding office is another.

"The loss of civil rights greatly hurts the ability of a person to hold public office. It, however, does not affect the right of the person to run for the office. There are situations where certain felons have run for office and been elected. However, due to the extant laws of the state, they were not sworn into office. "
