I was trying to sell a pair of soccer cleats that I got as a gift that don't fit me. Some guy bought it on the 10th and now 21 days later I dont get money or an email. I politely emailed the guy numberous times asking if there was some sort of problem even insinuating he could cancel the deal if he wanted and I get no response. So finally I asked ebay for his phone number and I call him. He was some Korean guy and when I told him who I was he just said he didn't want to buy it. That was fine with me I'll just relist but before I hung up I asked if he got any of my emails and he said "yes all of them."

Apparently the jerk just didn't want to reply and was hoping I'd forget about it. No sense of responsibility or what a CONTRACT is.

GRRR!

I was going to, but I was reading the Ebay faqs and It said I should probably do my best to contact him first which meant calling him. So I called and now that he doesn't want to pay I filed for a mutal annullment.

Yes if you have a non-paying-buyer all have to do is request contact information about a buyer and ebay will send both you and the person of your request and give you an address, name and phone number.

When you first file a NPB it doesn't go immediately through onto their record, it still gives them a chance to pay + puts some teeth into it.

You will need to file one, if you want to recover some of your lost seller fees.

I agree, ebay makes it way too easy to bid, most people don't know that when you bid it's a contract.

The jerk is gonna get his first negative feedback...heh I'm going to enjoy giving it to him!

Eh, I'm just a casual ebay person that will buy something once in a while if I can get a deal or have something I don't need so I'll try to junk it on ebay. Not one of those people who make a business out of it. I Think I may have spent a whole 25 cents listing that. :)
