Eragon by Paolini, a good book?

I enjoyed it. My brother's girlfriend got to preview it before it was released, and she too greatly enjoyed it.

Very nice book. I'd still say the same thing even knowing it was written by someone my age (17).

I read the Amazon reviews and it seems very archetypal. I found Anslem Audley's Heresy archetypal but very interesting so we'll see.

My son's reading it right now. He can't put it down. It got to the point that I had to take it away from him a coupla days ago so he'd do his homework.

I'll start reading it after I finish the Lucasarts Aliens Trilogy. Just finished the 1st one.
