A few seasons back Dr Pratt's handicapped brother was still living with him (I don't remember his name). Anyway, one episode had his brother buying a lotto ticket and winning. He moved out a few episodes later. Have they ever done anything to tie up that plot line other than move him out?
 
He moved out, but to go live with his grandma.. so Pratt could get his freak on with Deb... i think that kinda tied it up.
 
And I didn't think that was his real brother. Just a good friend from the family that took him in (or vice versa, can't remember).

Anyway, if ER really wants to survive, they need to jump ahead about five or so years and start with a fresh cast.
