The other day I picked up this movie Equilibrium from the video store. I guess it went straight to video, I never saw any ads for it being in the theatre but I thought it was really really good. The action was super cool, but it also had what I thought was a great story and was well acted.

Anyways, I'm not gonna write up some review. But if you're looking for something to rent... Don't just pass it by because you've never heard of it. It should be in new releases.


The main actors are Christian Bale, Tay Diggs, and that chick from punch drunk love whose name i dont know.
 
Yeah I saw it opening day in New Orleans... me and my friends were really excited about it. And it was pretty good. Bought it on DVD a few months ago.

It had a very limited release... very low budget film... very cool idea, but not enough money to pull it off too successfully. But overall its a pretty good flick. Definately worth a viewing.
 
It was in theaters...for about three weeks...and only in the top 25 markets. It's worth watching once, just to see "gun-kata". 😀
