Epson wf-3520 won't print from the right tray

My mother seems to have messed up her printer so that instead of pulling paper from the main pull out tray in the front it asks to load paper in the back (that can only accept one paper at a time). I told her to call tech support for Epson but she just dialed a scammer that told her to install team viewer and shit. I'm currently trying to fix her mess but I'm still no closer to determining how to get paper to load from the right tray. She uses Windows Vista. I don't see any paper tray settings on the printers lcd options so I think it might have something to do with the PC seetings.
