Epson R300 Non OEM ink

Alright, I have a Epson R300 printer and I need to get some refill cartridges. Who have you had luck with and why do you recommend them. (For people on a budget who can't justify buying OEM ones)

I am using some of the refillable cartridges from ebay, along with some generic ink. Works fine so far, but it has only been about 3 months...

What country are you in?
In the UK - systeminsight.co.uk is a good one. Excellent service. Not the cheapest though.

I'm in the United States. I am hoping to find someone who has been using a brand for a considerable amount of time with no problems such as clogging and what not.

Thanks for the recommendation. I was hoping to order some from them but apparently they are out of the black one which I need the most. Hopefully they will have some soon.

If longevity is a prime concern then I would stick with Epson Ink as they claim 100yrs whereas others are 20-30

Yeah, I've been to SwiftInk but unfortunately they are all out of the ink I need at this time.

I planningon ordering from them when they get it in but I wonder if there are any other good options out there. I found one on Ebay called "WIREDBEANS" that sells what apears to be good ink. Anyone tried them yet?

Overnight sounds like they have good bulk ink but they don't say too much about their cartridges.

Overstock sounds like it will be a crapshoot on what I may end up with.

WIREDBEANS

Overstock is made in the USA whereas I have a hard time trusting Vendors on e-bay but of course the choice is yours ...Personally I'd just go for the genuine stuff...

Better throw my 3 cents in on this one (inflation, you know)!

Bought some generic carts (two sets): worked fine, no issues, about $4 each. Colors looked same as original Epson carts it came with.

Bought some refillable carts (bottom fill): Worked fine, but the ink slowly leaked out all over the inside of the printer cart carrier, and then the printer. What a mess! I followed directions, but it did it on each cart no matter how carefull I was. I am still cleaning up the mess! That ink gets everywhere!

Bought some refillable carts (top fill): Work fine, no issues. On my second refill right now. About $50 for the set from Ebay.

My recommendations: Generic replacement carts are fine. TOP fill refillable carts work fine. AVOID bottom refillable carts at all costs! May purchase one of the CIS systems from Ebay, as we print a lot and I have to refill about every 2-3 weeks.
