Epson Photo 780 PRINTER PROBLEMS!

My printer has a little red light on steadily...

I looked it up, and it says that it means that there is a paper jam or the paper is not loaded properly.

I have reloaded the paper ten thousand times and opened it up looking for any bits of paper stuck inside... with no luck.

Has anyone else had a problem like this with a similar epson printer? Any solutions?
