My dad has the above mentioned scanner...old but still does a good job, BUT he bought a new PC a couple of months ago and of course it has XP. The latest drivers I could get from anywhere still do not work with XP. I can do a preview scan, but as soon as I try to do the real scan an error pops up and it's no go. Anyone have any suggestions (other than buying a new scanner)? Thanks in advance.
