Epson has their priorities straight

I sent a message to Epson's tech support through a web form. After the form got sent, I got a page saying, not "thanks for contacting Epson", or "we will do out best to send a reply within 72 hours", or something like this, but "thank you for providing us with your details." (Which I indeed provided.) Now I know what that tech support page is for.
