Hi all 🙂, have recently upgraded my system and think i may be left with a printer that is simply a 'paperweight'???

I have an Epson EPL-5500w laser printer....its old but gets the job done. Anyway i used to run win98 but now have XP sp2. I have looked on the net and have just about come to the conclusion that its not supported - although if you manually add a printer via control panel the EPL-5500(missing w) is there. However, after attempting to manually add this printer it does not work.

Any answers as to if i can get this printer working or if i should give up and have to fork out for a new one???
