I've had 3 epsons die on me, the latest one being an mfd whereas an HP bought around the time of the first epson is still going strong. It's almost always print heads that can't be unclogged even using the cleaning command. Repair costs are so close to buying new that repair usually isn't worth it.
Anyway, all I'm saying is if you buy epson just expect it to clog eventually. ^^ I still have my clogged mfd sitting around since I use it for scanning and copying (through software since it can't print on it's own anymore). Should have just bought seperate or an mfd from a decent company.
