Not a bad deal, but...

You may be better off to buy it at Omax for $150, use the Omax $30 off $150 or a Staples B&M coupon, then send in the rebate for a $50 Omax gift card.

I bought this printer a couple of weeks ago when BB had it for $149 with a $50 gift card.
Prints with a purple cast, even when printing directly from CF card with computer not running.
Second page of prints started streaking, had to clean print heads.
Used 1/3 of ink supply to print 3 pages of pictures.
Returned the printer to BB, won't buy another EPSON printer. (I also have a C80, another POS):disgust:

My experience with this printer has been pretty good. I've had it for several months and it prints great photos (on photo paper), but plain paper printing is not that good. I have an HP 930c I use for plain paper color printing. I have print 8x10 photos on Epson photo paper and I've been happy with the color and quality. It also comes with a paper roll adapter so you can print 4x6 photos using the Epson photo paper roll. I found the roll paper for decent price at Amazon, but it was tricky getting it to feed correctly. Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 for photos, but only 2 out of 5 for plain paper.

Oh, and like most Epson printers, it's fairly noisy. Noticeably louder than my HP printer.

I have had this printer for 7+ months and really like it. I use it to pretty much print photos only (have a Brother 1440 laser for text) and it does a great job. Just remember to cut it off when you are not using it so that the heads don't clog.

How do you cut it off? I have this printer and it works fine, but it clogs easily. What am I doing wrong?

Just turn off the power switch. I learned this on THIS BOARD (thanks, guys). Ever since I started doing this, I can pretty much cut it on and print without cleaning. I do check for clogging before printing, but it rarely needs cleaning and if it does, mabye one cycle.

I bought this printer - and its been great - no issues, why didn't you exchange, maybe it's your card or camera, or computer?

I've had some great pictures print out.
