I have an Epson 640 Printer and it's driving me crazy. Usually if one of the ink cartridges runs out of ink, the light flashes on the printer display next to a symbol of an ink drop. When it flashes, usually you hold down the "cleaning head" button and the ink cartridge slots come out and you can open them up and replace them.
Well, I'm out of black ink, yet the light doesn't flash when it's suppose to be out of ink. As a result, this prevents the slot to come out to the side after hitting the ink cleaning button. Anyone have any suggestions on how to replace the ink cartridge? I was wondering if any body has gone through the same experience? Thx
