*.eps file problem...

i need to open a 25meg .eps file, photoshop 8 says: "could not complete your request because the parser cannot parse the file" and imageready says plugin cant identify file or something similar... anyone know of anything i can try im lost thanks

very unlikely because it worked on the school computers just not when i brought it home...

Can you open with Ghostview (free)? I had problems in the past (Unix days) when files were transferred thru ftp (ascii/binary) setting. EPS's are ascii files. Do you think it could be it? Have Acrobat? Could pass it thru pdfmaker.
