I need to write a .bin to a EPROM (for my car.)

the original IC is H482764-G. {Hitachi}

I am assuming any 2764 IC will work? Or does it have to be a 482764?


also, from what i remember, the EEPROM brother of 2764 is the 2864. would it be possible for me to use this?
 
I never dealt with that Eprom before, but if you find a replacement, at least make sure the pin-outs are the same, the size is the same, and the new part is equal or faster than the old part.
