Epoxy mounting of heatsinks?

Have some arctic silver epoxy and would like to mount a blorb on my 6800 instead of tape. How do I go about it? Thermal grease in the center and epoxy on the corners or all over with no grease? Do I mix the epoxy off the chip or on it?
