EPOX Tech Support Contact?

I've searched around and I have not been able to find a telephone number to get a hold of tech support at EPOX. If anyone has it, I would greatly appreciate posting it here or if you could send it to me on e-mail I would appreciate it. I would like to get a better understanding of what the printer port problem is that I am experiencing.

afaik all tech support is via e-mail (they usually respond within a day), but on their website i found a list of their branch offices. a california number is listed, maybe you can get someone to help you...

funniest thing:

I had the idea to call their branch office during business
hours and ask for tech support and u know what???

SOMEONE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!

NO VOICE MAIL HELL, NO 9 1/2 HOUR HOLD TIMES.......

a person picked up the phone!!

Was no help to me whatsoever, but a human voice is always nice
and your problem, another tech there may have an answer to.

I also called Epox several times a couple of years ago concerning an Epox board I was having trouble with. They did have someone from "Tech Support" pick up right away. However, as with Zuluwarrior, this person was never any help to me.

At least as of a couple of years ago, Epox' Tech Support Dept consisted of one fellow named "Fred" who tried to help, but never could.
