EPOX tech support # and a failing bios ?

Anybody have the phone number for EPOX tech support. My 8kta3 will not flash the BIOS. It loads the bios file and tries to write but it says write failed for each block. I am at wits end as I am having the lock up problem when transfering files from the cd-rom. Any ideas? I've tried resetting the bios, creating a new boot disk, flashing an old bios??? The system boots and runs ok except it locks up when burning or installing from a cd.
