EPoX RMA policy question

I'm getting ready to send in my dead EPoX 8RDA+ due to leaky caps, but for the life of me I can't find the receipt.

It seems to say that a "missing invoice" will incur a 35$ charge. Is this infact the case?

Finally got a response from EPoX.. No invoice will not be a problem.
