epox motherboard dead..i think?

Around three weeks ago I had a power outage for a second. My computer turned off, turned back on, and then turned back off...for good. I tried to turn it back on and the only thing that turned on was the fans hooked up to the case.

I opened up the case today(I know, i'm lazy..only took me 3 weeks ;0) and discovered that none of the fans wired to the motherboard were working. Including the CPU fan(ut oh) and the north bridge fan.

Where should I go from here? Is it pretty safe to say the motherboard is done for? sigh. There's nothing I can do to salvage it, right?

Any comments are appreciated. I'll be buying a UPS once I get it working again.

Make sure the PSU is still working? It's rare to hear a mobo die suddenly if you don't do funky mods to them

The PSU is working since I can turn the power on, however I guess it's possible that the motherboard connector is fried? I'll try to replace the PSU.
