Epox Mobo, what do you all think of this P4 board?

EP-4G4A+ , Its got the i845g chipset that I am looking for, 533mhz FSB support for the 2.4Ghz Northwood P4, 3 DDR SDRAM 2100 ram slots (up to 2Gb), all the PCI I need, PS2 support so I dont need new keyboard and mouse, plus a good number of USB and IDE slots (for me atleast). Anyone have any info/suggestions? This seems like exactly what I need, and for the right price. Thanks!
