Epox KTA3+ Warm Boots randomly under Win2K

Subject says it. I have a Epox 8KTA3+ with 1.2GHz athlon, and 1GB of RAM. This think keeps rebooting itself during ordinary computer operation under Windows 2000. Previously I had it running under Win 98SE and there was no problem. I had this overclocked to 150MHz but now I have brought it down to default settings.

Any ideas? Could a defective RAM make system do this?
