Epox KT133A MB -no longer- posts when the bus is set to 133mhz - FIXED

I say no longer because I tried it earlier. Even though it may have "the issue" it worked before with no problem.And just to be sure, I popped in a duron 650 instead of the 850 I have now.. The 650 should EASILY post, even at 6.5 x 133.I don't get it.. it worked before, why all of a sudden if I set the jumper to 133mhz does it not work? Thanks

edit/update:

Turns out for some reason it did NOT like the fact that the video bios was shadowed (yay for hex LED diagnostics)

But for the 850 apparently I didn't apply enough paint to the 4th L1 bridge
