Epox EP-D3VA Dual Processor

Hey, guys a few questions, I was looking at this board EP-D3VA

I can get a REALLY good deal on this board, anyone tell me if they have heard good or bad things about it, or of sites were I can see reviews for myself.? One last question, Which chipset is indeed the better one Via or Intel?! any good sites to backup the claim as well.

I've heard it's fairly decent board, but with some limitations, ie. no voltage tweaks... Not good if you plan on oc'ing, but otherwise a solid board.... Try 2cpu.com for more reviews.
