EPoX EP-9NPA+ ULTRA

I'm thinking of getting this board, which is finally available at Mwave, b/c it includes the most PCIe x1 and PCI slots of all the nForce4 Ultra boards. Does any of you think the PCIe x16 slot is too close to the chipset heatsink? Also, for those of you with the EP-9NDA3+ nForce3 Ultra boards, is the chipset heatsink very loud? The nForce4 Ultra board appears to use the same cooler.

Thanks, but other than the guy mentioning that he unplugged the chipset heatsink, I didn't really find any answers.

SOB I can't decide which board I want. Epox has been a good company aside from leaking caps. Of course they RMA'ed my board no problem.
